We’re not your standard training company

We’re always looking at innovative ways to maximise your training courses. We have multiple, fully functional simulation training suites so that you really get the most out of your courses. The more practical and real we can make a situation, the easier it will be for you to handle in real-life.

All new employees complete an induction programme and then meet with their manager to discuss their continuing professional development. Progress is reviewed regularly in one-to-one meetings and reviews. We provide a development framework, expert advice, and ongoing support from managers and colleagues.

All training is in line with the requirements as guided by the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) and The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA).
